Hello adult skaters!
We’ve previously had a great response to our extra practice times for adults and so now, we’d like to offer an additional date! This practice will be held on Tuesday, February 27th at Björknäs ishall.
The coaches for the evening will once again be skaters from our club’s junior team, Team Moonlights! This is our club’s highest level competitive team and your participation fee for the practice sessions will go straight to their team, to help them fundraise to be able to afford the travel and accommodation costs for their season.
Who: Adult skaters of all levels, minimum age 14 years. Max 20 spots available. Open even to skaters not currently enrolled in our skate school.
Location: Björknäs ishall in Saltsjö-boo, Nacka
Cost: 349 kr per person (”friskvårdsbidrag” can be used!)
Required equipment: skates, helmet, as well as warm & flexible clothes

16:15-16:30 – Warm up (off ice)
16:45-17:30 – Ice Session 1
17:45-18:30 – Ice Session 2
18:45-19:00 – Stretch (off ice)
