By registering for The 2026 Nacka Trophy, all participants agree to the following terms and conditions regarding competition entry and refunds:
Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be offered for withdrawals submitted on or before December 12, 2025.
- After December 12, 2025, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including injury, illness, scheduling conflicts, force majeure, or other personal reasons.
Processing Fees
- Any refunds granted will exclude transaction and processing fees charged by PayPal or any other payment system used at the time of registration.
- These fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Agreement
By completing the registration and submitting payment, participants confirm their acceptance of these terms. It is the responsibility of each skater, coach, or representative to ensure they have reviewed and understood the refund policy before registering.
